When you place an order with Sol de Coco we collect the details needed to prepare and deliver it: your name, mobile number, delivery address, and any notes you add to your order. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address.

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your details to prepare your order, arrange delivery, and contact you about that order.

If you have joined our mailing list, we use your email address to send occasional updates about new scents and releases. You can leave the list at any time using the link in any email.

We share the minimum necessary with the people who help us fulfil your order: our payment provider, and the courier delivering to you.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling any questions about an order. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
